Between the Town and the Great Outdoors

Steve’s semi-detached property borders on a conservation area, and so had to meet maximum air-tightness criteria of 0.6 l/h. It passed the test easily with an airtightness of 0.5 l/h.

With woodland on one side and the town on the other, this location is quiet and calm but still close to the action.

Contrasts through and through

The wonderful industrial parquet flooring catches your eye immediately as you enter the home, bathing the interior in a special warm ambiance. Exposed concrete has also been used to create a cool contrast with the warm wooden tones

Steve and his wife have a penchant for unorthodox interior design inspired by their travels through Vietnam, Africa, and North America.

Warm wood tones combined with plenty of matte black surfaces make this house a cozy home with cosmopolitan flair.
