Steve’s semi-detached property borders on a conservation area, and so had to meet maximum air-tightness criteria of 0.6 l/h. It passed the test easily with an airtightness of 0.5 l/h.
With woodland on one side and the town on the other, this location is quiet and calm but still close to the action.

Steve and his wife have a penchant for unorthodox interior design inspired by their travels through Vietnam, Africa, and North America.
Warm wood tones combined with plenty of matte black surfaces make this house a cozy home with cosmopolitan flair.
