We can calculate a first quote free of charge following our initial advisory meeting. Quotes usually take around two to three weeks.

Mainly in Luxembourg, but we also have construction projects in Germany, the Netherlands and Belgium.

Waiting times before construction begins are currently around six to eight months.

We have a waiting list that we go through on a first-come, first-served basis. However, existing customers can arrange an appointment with their personal contact person if they wish.

At the moment JANS works with external architects. Often architects come to us with the customer, or we can look for the right architect for your project. We look forward to hearing from you.
