Straightness and warmth

The exterior facade of the object radiates straightness, which matches the modern style of the house. Inside, a warm atmosphere is found through a stylish, cozy interior. A place of retreat for the whole family, which extends over three floors and a total area of 180m².

The black and white facade, made of ETICS and Alucobond, is rich in contrast, but the modern design makes the architecture appear equally simple.

Clear lines and a playful approach to forms determine the individual character of the building. Despite the modern style, the house fits into the surrounding environment, with a view of a historic church building.

The heart of the house is a spacious, light-flooded living, dining area, where family life takes place. The open concept of space suits the people who live in this house.

In focus

The kitchen impresses with its simple gray matte front and delicate lines. Copper-red chairs in the dining area are the surprising eye-catcher of the room.

Off into the green

Stylish and contemporary is also the outdoor area, which is located at the rear of the house. From the living area there is a great view, through almost ceiling-high windows.

"It was particularly important for us when building our house that there was a lot of light coming into the house. The rooms should be spacious, but not too big. This keeps it cozy and you don't feel lost in the room."

Weightless efficiency

The stair treads seem to float in space and give the area a certain lightness.

A pop of color

In the guest toilet, powerful turquoise tiles create an atmospheric ambience.
They are the splash of color in the room and are emphasized by the minimalist lamp design.

The bedrooms were also kept in coordinated colors.
The pastel shades make the rooms to quiet zones.
