Flexibility
Using mainly concrete for the build, this raw material made it possible to achieve far fewer supporting walls, creating the flowing and open style.
Vertical areas, such as the staircase, are open to allow light in and connected by a gallery to further push the open design aesthetic.
When privacy is needed, sliding doors can separate rooms whilst effectively disappearing out of sight.
