To further strengthen our growth in building services at JANS énergies plus, we are looking for you as an experienced Project Manager for Sanitary & Heating Systems (m/f/d) who keeps projects, people and processes equally in view.
You are responsible for the building services in our projects from work preparation to acceptance, keeping an eye not only on your own sites but on the bigger picture. You are the central interface between management, planning, the other trades, our installer teams, subcontractors and customers.
You are a confident personality with a strong feel for technology, people and figures; alongside your experience in plumbing and heating site management, you stand out through assertiveness, foresight and the ability to unite a team behind a common goal.
Tasks:
Responsible management of several projects in sanitary, heating and ventilation systems
Forward-looking planning of schedules, capacities and the deployment of our installer teams
Leading, guiding and developing the installers on site
Budget responsibility and financial control, including post-calculation
Work preparation, site measurement, material planning and negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors
Ensuring quality standards, occupational safety and technical regulations
Organising and supervising the commissioning of heating, ventilation and sanitary systems through to acceptance
Further developing processes, standards and digital tools in building services in close coordination with management
Profile:
Master craftsman, technician or engineer in sanitary, heating and ventilation technology or a comparable qualification
Several years of experience in site or project management in plumbing, heating and HVAC, ideally with responsibility for installer teams
Sound knowledge of cost calculation, budget control and contract handling
Knowledge of applicable standards and regulations (EU/DIN/EN) and of modern heating technology, especially heat pumps
Very good written and spoken German; French is an advantage, Luxembourgish a plus
Category B driving licence
Natural authority and enjoyment in leading and developing people

A clear sense of priorities and confident decisions – even under time pressure

Excellent communication skills with customers, partners and the team
