To successfully implement our visionary projects in Luxembourg, we are currently looking for a motivated Project Manager for Sanitary & Heating Systems (m/f/d) who will enrich our projects with expertise, commitment, and passion.
Tasks:
Independent execution and coordination of projects in the field of sanitary and heating systems
Preparation of works and creation of technical and project-related documentation
Proactive scheduling and personnel planning
On-site contact for our clients, skilled workers, subcontractors, and suppliers
Measurement recording, ordering, and management of materials and equipment
Monitoring quality standards, ensuring occupational safety and compliance with regulations
Responsibility for the budget and economic control of own projects
Organization and support of the commissioning of heating, ventilation, and sanitary systems
Profile:
Completed training as HVAC installer, heating engineer, sanitary installer, technician, or master craftsman in sanitary/heating technology
Ideally, first or several years of professional experience in site or project management within the HVAC field
Very good German skills (written and spoken); French knowledge is an advantage for working with international clients
Driving license (class B) required
Strong commitment, team spirit, and ability to independently develop solutions
Structured, efficient, and quality-oriented way of working
Sense of responsibility and flexibility in dealing with clients and project partners
