Within our organization, the Steel Construction Department plays a key role in delivering custom-made structural and design elements for our residential projects. This includes stairs, railings, gates, canopies, and other bespoke steel components that combine structural integrity with refined aesthetics.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced Metal Worker / Locksmith / Welder who works with precision and maintains the highest standards of quality.
Your Tasks and Responsibilities
In this role, you are responsible for the precise fabrication and installation of steel structures according to technical drawings.
You will work both in the workshop and on construction sites, ensuring that every component meets our quality standards.
Your Main Tasks
• Perform MIG welding (steel) independently and safely
• Perform TIG welding (steel, stainless steel, aluminum)
• Read and interpret technical drawings
• Cut and prepare materials according to workshop plans
Assemble structures such as:
• Railings
• Stairs
• Gates
• Custom steel constructions: Grind and finish welds to ensure flawless surface quality, Install manufactured elements on construction sites
Your Profile
• Completed training or several years of experience in metal or steel construction
• Strong skills in MIG and TIG welding
• Confident in reading and working from technical drawings
• Independent, precise, and structured working style
• High attention to detail and strong quality standards
• Willingness to work both in the workshop and on-site
• Basic understanding of French required
