To make sure our colleagues can work reliably at any time, both on site and in the office, we are looking for you as an IT Specialist / System Administrator (m/f/d) to look after our IT landscape, develop it further and keep our systems stable and secure.

Your Role

In your role, you will make sure that our IT runs reliably and grows with the company. You will be the first point of contact for all IT matters and an important interface between our departments and our external IT service providers.

Your Responsibilities

Looking after and further developing our internal IT infrastructure (network, servers, clients, telephone system)

First and second level support for your colleagues in the office and on our construction sites

Administration of user accounts, access rights and end devices (Windows, mobile, printers)

Procurement, set-up and maintenance of IT hardware as well as management of IT workstations

Support with the introduction and optimisation of software solutions

Implementation and monitoring of IT security measures, backups and authorisation concepts

Automation of recurring processes and support with interfaces and data integration

Coordination of external IT service providers and involvement in IT projects

Your Profile

You are a technical professional with a strong service mindset, you work in a structured and solution-oriented way and keep an overview even when several requests land on your desk at the same time. In addition to your technical know-how, you impress with your sense of responsibility, reliability and proactive initiative.

 

Completed training or degree in IT or comparable practical experience

Good knowledge of Windows environments (client and server), networks (LAN/WAN, patch and switch) as well as Microsoft 365 and Office tools

Experience in a support environment is an advantage

Knowledge of SQL databases as well as scripting and automation is desirable

Basic understanding of IT security, backup concepts and data protection

Your Personality

Reliability and willingness to take on responsibility

Willingness to learn and openness to new technologies

Team orientation combined with personal initiative

Very good German and French; English and Luxembourgish are an advantage
