Turnkey detached house Merzig 2
This single-family home was constructed in 2017 within a twelve-month period The combination of wood, concrete, glass and metal materials is a recurring theme throughout the entire house – both inside and out. The highlight of this home is the gas stove inside, which makes for a cozy atmosphere and is a real eye-catcher to boot.
The exterior of the house stylishly combines the four elements and places the house perfectly within its surroundings. The bright façade offers an excellent contrast to the nut-brown wooden cladding. The large windows are effectively and elegantly presented by anthracite aluminium frames. The JANS groupe also designed and conceived the outdoor area to match the house design.
The interior offers a wide variety of creative highlights, uniting the four elements with one another. The interior staircase with its béton ciré design is one example, the special concrete finish combining clarity and urban lifestyle design. The rooms and living area are furnished with high-quality genuine parquet flooring, which provides a pleasant sense of spaciousness. Large-scale windows offer a fantastic view and flood the house with light. The bedroom has an exposed concrete ceiling, enhancing the artistic effect. The bathroom offers ample natural light and is particularly creatively designed: hexagonal tiles adorn one of the walls seemingly at random, while the clear forms of the bathtub and the sink are in harmony with the spatial concept, radiating a sense of balance and calm.
