Turnkey detached house Greiveldingen

Situated in a beautiful wine-growing region along the Moselle River, this turnkey detached house has been completed after a 14-month construction period. Light floods into this 250m2 house which covers four floors and offers loads of room for the owner’s family. Thanks to the integration of built-in cupboards, each room is optimally used and provides sufficient storage space.

The hillside gave this property the perfect location for accommodating garage, plus utility and heating rooms in the basement. The house’s centrepiece is on the ground floor: an open plan kitchen with a cooking island, and a spacious dining area with an adjoining living room. The large window fronts overlook the patio and garden and fill the room with light.

The first floor consists of the master bedroom, two children’s rooms and two bathrooms. The main bathroom has a magnificent Italian shower with a wellness showerhead, the large tiles combining to lend Mediterranean flair.

On the second floor, there’s plenty of room for children to run around and play, in fact the whole floor has been designed as a playroom, with large roof windows offering best possible lighting. All floors are connected by an elegant wooden staircase and the glass floor inset on the first level is a special feature, as it allows light from the top floor to reach the ground floor, making the rooms appear even brighter.

The outdoor area has also been designed with lots of charming details – the garden is terraced with L-elements and gabions that define the flowerbeds and provide an aesthetic structure and at the same time create a Mediterranean feeling.
