To ensure the optimal implementation of our visionary projects in Luxembourg, we are currently looking for a warehouse operator (m/f/d) who is passionate about organisation and impresses with a technical understanding and structured approach to work.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
As a warehouse operator, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth flow of materials and will make a decisive contribution to the efficiency of our construction site processes. You will be the central interface between purchasing, project management and on-site construction.
Your core tasks will include:
- Management, control and optimisation of the entire warehouse stock
- Incoming goods inspection, including booking in the ERP/warehouse management system
- Picking and timely provision of materials for projects
- Organisation of storage areas and ensuring order according to 5S principles
- Carrying out inventories and stock analyses
- Collaborating with logistics service providers and internal departments
- Ensuring compliance with safety and quality guidelines
Your profile:
You are a talented organiser with a clear eye for processes, efficiency and precision. In addition to your experience in warehouse management, you impress with your sense of responsibility and initiative.
Requirements:
- Completed training in warehouse logistics or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in a technical or industrial environment
- Very good knowledge of modern warehouse management systems (ERP, scanners, digital processes)
- Basic understanding of technical products (e.g. sanitary, electrical or construction technology) is an advantage
- Forklift licence and experience in internal transport
- High accuracy, personal responsibility and resilience
- Communication skills and team spirit
- Good language skills in German and French
