In your role as Sales Manager, you are the face of our company and build trustworthy customer relationships. You manage the entire sales process from initial contact through to contract signing.
Your Main Responsibilities:
- You identify new business opportunities in the field of high-quality construction and building services projects.
- You conduct demanding consultation meetings with clients, architects, and project developers.
- You prepare technically and commercially compelling proposals in close coordination with project management and engineering.
- You present solutions professionally and in a goal-oriented manner – both in personal meetings and digitally.
- You conduct contract negotiations confidently and bring them to a successful conclusion.
- You maintain close coordination with internal teams and ensure a seamless handover to project execution.
- You represent the company at industry events and customer functions.
You bring the professional and personal qualifications required to succeed in the demanding environment of construction project sales.
Professional Requirements:
- Several years of sales experience in the construction or building services sector.
- Proven success in project-based sales of high-quality solutions.
- Solid technical understanding, ideally with experience in the premium new-build segment.
- Experience in preparing and presenting complex proposals.
- Strong negotiation skills at decision-maker level.
- Very good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical skills and a structured way of working.
