To further strengthen our growth and internal processes, we are looking for you as an experienced Resource Manager (m/f/d) to take on a central role in our project and capacity management.
Your tasks and responsibilities
In your role, you will ensure that resources are planned efficiently and managed transparently. You will be an important interface between sales and project management.
Your core tasks will include:
- Strategy and operational planning of our personnel, material and time resources across multiple projects
- Creation and maintenance of resource plans, forecasts and capacity models
- Close coordination with project management, purchasing and specialist departments
- Analysing utilisation, identifying bottlenecks and developing optimisation measures
- Further developing our tools, processes and standards in resource management
- Creating meaningful reports, KPIs and decision templates
- Assisting with budgeting, prioritisation and scenario analyses
- Responsible communication with all relevant partners
Your profile
You are an organisational talent with a keen sense for resource planning, process optimisation and precise capacity control; in addition to your experience in resource management, you impress with your sense of responsibility, foresight and proactive initiative.
Technical knowledge:
- Several years of experience in resource or capacity management, ideally in technical or project-driven industries
- Confident use of PM and RM software (e.g. Asana, MS Project, Vanillaplan or similar)
- Strong analytical skills and experience in working with data, KPIs and forecasts
- Understanding of classic and agile project management methods
Methodical & personal skills:
- Excellent planning skills and strong process thinking
- Ability to structure complex relationships and present them clearly
- Clear view of priorities – even in dynamic situations
- High reliability and solution-oriented approach
